How to Help a Stuck Player on a Hytale Server
Players can occasionally get stuck on a Hytale server due to terrain issues, loading problems, or unexpected world behavior. While there is a built-in way for players to recover, it is not something that should be left available at all times to avoid abuse. For server owners and admins, helping a stuck player is a short, controlled process that involves temporarily granting access, letting the player recover, and then locking things back down.
Using the Control Panel
Navigate to your Nodecraft Dashboard.
Click the Panel button for your Hytale server.
Locate and click Console in the menu on the left side.
Grant the stuck player the following permission:
hytale.commandmacro.command.unstuck
Have the stuck player run the /unstuck command. This will teleport them to the top block of the world at their location.
It is recommended to remove the permission after the player has been freed to prevent abuse. You can also use LuckPerms to grant temporary permissions. You can find our guide on LuckPerms here.
Note: Commands can also be run in-game when you are opped or have sufficient permissions.
