Setting the password of your Garry's Mod server is super easy with our helpful panel. Most server owners won't wish to do this, but if you're looking to have a closed off server for a smaller group, then this is perfect for you.

Note: Be sure that your Garry's Mod server is fully stopped before making any configuration changes or setting updates!

Setting the Password

  1. Navigate to your Nodecraft dashboard.

  2. Click the Panel button for your Garry's Mod server.

  3. Stop your server.

  4. Expand the Game Settings tab, then click on Garry's Mod Game Settings.

  5. Navigate to the Server Password setting. Put your desired server password into this box.

  6. Start your server.

  7. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
