How to Make a Backup of Your Minecraft Server
The Backup feature of the Nodecraft control panel can help you create a failsafe for your server in the event something might happen, and you need to quickly restore it. Backups are also useful for servers that switch between different Minecraft versions or builds for events.
Using the Control Panel
Navigate to your Nodecraft Dashboard.
Click the Panel button for your Minecraft server.
Locate and click Backups in the menu on the left side.
Click on the Create Backup button.
You will get a pop-up message asking if you are sure you want to create a backup. If you wish to proceed, click Create Backup.
Wait for the backup to be created. Depending on the size of your server, it may take a while. If your server is large, grab a snack and relax while you wait!
Conclusion
You have now successfully created a backup for your Minecraft server! As a helpful tip, you can lock backups that you don’t want deleted. Go forth and make all of the backups!
