Methods of Creating a Server

There are multiple ways to create a Renown server. We will explain the process below.

Renting a Renown Server

One of the simplest ways to create a Renown server is by renting one from a server host. Each host has different steps, so below we will focus on how to set up one from Nodecraft.

  1. Choose the plan you want to purchase. You can view our recommendations here. Our check out process will walk you through start to finish!

  2. Once you have your server, navigate over to your Dashboard.

  3. Click Create Server
Setup a Game Server and swap to any game supported by Nodecraft

  4. Choose Renown from the list of games we support.

  5. Click New Save and fill out the requested information.
Nodecraft Pro opens a ui to Create a Palworld Server where the user sets a server name, DNS information, Location and toggles on or off Auto Deploy.

    • A DNS hostname is a URL-style IP address that players can use to join your server. Not all games support this!

    • Turning on Auto Deploy means your server will set up automatically when you’re done.

  6. Click Create Server.
